Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack your EcoFlow device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure the product remains in resalable condition.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value power stations.

  Inspection and Refund
