What is the typical shipping timeframe for orders?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within Nigeria, with tracking information provided upon dispatch.
Do your portable power stations come with a warranty?
Yes, all EcoFlow NG products include a standard manufacturer warranty ranging from 12 to 36 months, covering any technical defects or hardware malfunctions.
What is your return policy for electronics?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If your device is defective upon arrival, we provide a full replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Can I use solar panels from other brands with EcoFlow stations?
EcoFlow stations are highly compatible. As long as the solar panel has an MC4 connector and the voltage/current matches the station's input specifications, it will work perfectly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and secure online payments via Paystack. For select locations, we also offer verified Pay on Delivery options.
